Festival Vision: A Celebration of Bhakti Yoga

Bhakti Fest BC is a one-day devotional festival rooted in the ancient path of Bhakti Yoga — the yoga of love, devotion, and surrender. This gathering is a call to the heart, an invitation to immerse ourselves in sacred sound, conscious movement, and soul-led connection.

We gather to chant, breathe, move, honour, remember, and rejoice — through music, mantra, storytelling, and ritual. It is a weaving of traditions, lineages, and local community spirit, coming together in celebration of the divine in all.

This is also a moment to honour the elders and teachers who planted the seeds of yoga on this land and inspired generations to live with devotion, awareness, and joy.

Led by Naad Yogi Gurnimit Singh
A lifelong student and teacher of sound healing, kirtan, and Throat Chakra practices, Gurnimit Ji founded the Throat Chakra Healing Institute to share the transformational power of voice, vibration, and devotion. Through Bhakti Fest BC, he spreads the message of love, community, and sacred practice.

Naad Yogi Gurnimit Singh is a Vancouver-based sound practitioner, spiritual guide, and founder of the Throat Chakra Healing Institute. Dedicated to the healing power of Naad (sacred sound), he teaches how to awaken the throat chakra to access authentic expression, clarity, and deeper connection.

Blending kirtan, yogic teachings, and energy work, Gurnimit Ji creates sacred spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and each other. He believes in the power of community, service, and love—and invites all to walk the devotional path with an open heart.
